Data we collect
We only collect what you send us:
- Valuation: the property's address and features, your name, email or phone.
- Contact form: your name, contact details, profile and message.
- Viewing request: your name, contact details and the property concerned.
- Search alert: your email and your criteria.
- Chat assistant: your messages and, if you give them, your contact details.
Why, and on what basis
- Getting back to you and handling your request: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Computing and sending you a valuation: your consent, given before the result is shown (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
- Sending you the properties that match your criteria: your consent, which you withdraw at any time through the link in every email.
- Protecting the forms against bots and abuse: our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Who receives your data
Your data is processed by the Clerymmo team and, on our behalf, by the following technical providers:
- Supabase: the database of our client management.
- Nexus: hosting of the site and the chat assistant.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: protection of the forms against bots.
- Google Places: address suggestions during the valuation.
- Microsoft Outlook: sending the alert emails.
We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention
We keep your data To complete retention period.
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to us at info@clerymmo.com; we reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
